1. What you are buying

Products listed in the Tuesdays research catalog (BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, DSIP, Semax, Epitalon, LL-37, GHK-Cu, DiHexa, Melanotan II, PEG-MGF) are sold strictly as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory and scientific investigation.

2. NOT FOR HUMAN USE

These products are NOT intended for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any in-vivo administration. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food. They have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality.

3. Researcher attestation

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age.
  • You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or affiliated institution.
  • You will use the product only for bona fide laboratory research.
  • You will not resell, redistribute, or administer the product to humans or animals.
  • You will store, handle, and dispose of the product in accordance with all applicable laws.

4. Clinical services are separate

Clinician-prescribed peptide protocols offered through Tuesdays' telehealth service are a separate, regulated medical service requiring an evaluation by a U.S.-licensed clinician and dispensing through an FDA-registered 503A compounding pharmacy. The research catalog and the clinical service are not interchangeable.

6. Regulatory status

Several peptides described on this site were removed from the FDA's Section 503A Category 2 "Do Not Compound" list and remain under PCAC review. Availability and pharmacy compounding eligibility may change. See our Regulatory page for current status.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuesdays Health, Inc. disclaims all liability arising from misuse, off-label use, or human administration of research catalog products. Liability for any properly used product is limited to the purchase price.

8. Returns

Due to the nature of biological research materials, all sales are final once shipped. Damaged or mis-shipped orders will be replaced within 14 days of delivery.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE.
