Regulatory
What did the FDA actually announce on April 15, 2026?+
FDA announced removal of 12 peptides from its Category 2 'Do Not Compound' list and scheduled two PCAC meetings to consider adding those peptides to the 503A bulk drug substances list.
Are these peptides legal to obtain right now?+
Pharmacy compounding remains restricted until each peptide formally moves through PCAC review and is added to the 503A bulks list. Tuesdays members are queued for priority access as each peptide clears.
What's the difference between Category 1, Category 2, and the 503A bulks list?+
Category 1 substances are eligible for compounding under 503A pending FDA review. Category 2 substances are flagged with safety/efficacy concerns and effectively prohibited from compounding. The 503A bulks list is the final allowlist.
Why were 7 peptides not included in the reversal?+
Ipamorelin, GHRP-2/6, CJC-1295, Kisspeptin-10, Selank, and Thymosin Alpha-1 remain on Category 2 — likely because the GH secretagogues overlap with regulated growth-hormone therapy. They may be revisited in future rulemaking.
Clinical
Do I need labs before starting?+
Yes — for most protocols. Your clinician will order CMP, A1C, lipid panel, and any peptide-specific markers (e.g., IGF-1 for growth-related peptides).
Can peptides be combined?+
Yes. Many members run synergistic stacks (e.g., BPC-157 + TB-500 for recovery; Epitalon + MOTS-c for longevity). Stacks require clinician approval.
Are there side effects?+
Most peptides are well-tolerated. Common minor effects include injection-site irritation and transient flushing. Each peptide page lists specific cautions.
Who should NOT use peptides?+
Active malignancy, pregnancy/breastfeeding, and certain endocrine conditions are contraindications. Your intake screens for these and a clinician confirms eligibility.
Pricing & access
How much does it cost?+
Memberships start at $149/mo for a single protocol. Pharmacy fulfillment is separate and varies by peptide ($60–$300/mo typical).
Do you accept HSA / FSA?+
Yes. Both the membership and most pharmacy fulfillments are HSA/FSA eligible.
Does insurance cover this?+
Compounded peptides are typically not covered by commercial insurance.
Can I cancel?+
Anytime. Memberships are month-to-month. You'll receive a full refund for the current cycle if you haven't had your monthly visit.
Which states do you serve?+
