Side effects

Common: dry cough, dizziness, headache. Serious (rare): swelling of face/lips/throat (angioedema), high potassium, kidney problems.

Interactions to know

Avoid potassium supplements and salt substitutes containing potassium unless your doctor says otherwise. NSAIDs can reduce its effect.
