1. Who we are

Tuesdays Health, Inc. ("Tuesdays", "we", "us") operates jointuesdays.com — a free prescription-price comparison and consumer-information service. We are not a pharmacy, do not dispense medication, and do not provide medical advice.

2. What we do

We aggregate publicly available drug-pricing data from pharmacies, coupon networks, and government sources (including CMS NADAC), surface the lowest verified price, and link you to the source so you can complete the purchase yourself.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use Tuesdays.

4. Pricing accuracy

Prices are estimates aggregated from third-party sources, refreshed at least every 72 hours, and may not reflect the price you pay at the counter. Always confirm the final price with the pharmacy before purchasing. We do not guarantee in-stock availability.

5. No medical advice

Nothing on Tuesdays is medical advice. Always talk to a licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any prescription.

5a. About "Speak With Someone" and our care team chat

Our "Speak With Someone," "Chat Live," and care-team messaging experiences are powered by artificial intelligence designed to help you compare prescription prices, find generic alternatives, and answer general medication questions. While our care team uses human-quality conversational design — including agent names, typing indicators, and connection states — responses are generated by AI software. Messages are educational only and are not medical advice, a clinical consultation, or a substitute for speaking with a licensed pharmacist or prescriber. Always confirm prescription decisions with a licensed clinician.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell our data without a written agreement.

7. Account termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to defraud pharmacies, or violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuesdays' total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at $100. We are not liable for any decision you make based on prices shown on Tuesdays.

9. Governing law

Delaware law governs. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE.
